Cohort III · Women SME Community AI Labs

One shared goal. One AI lab. Run one Voltron Formation Loop.

Five Women SME with one goal, one shared AI lab, and one Voltron Formation Loop — for $100 a month each instead of $500 alone. Three weeks from zero to a pod that keeps executing on Thursday the goal you set on Monday.

01 Why women, why now

Biggest risk, biggest upside — same group.

Women's work is more exposed to AI disruption than men's, and women are adopting AI more slowly. Same fact, two consequences: the biggest risk of being displaced, and the biggest gain available from moving first.

29%vs 16%

Exposure is unequal

~29% of female-dominated jobs face generative-AI exposure, against 16% of male-dominated ones.

Adoption lags

Across 300,000+ people in 100+ countries, women's generative-AI adoption runs at 39.3% against men's 47.8%.

Dr. Yunus's microcredit gave women with no education or skills the courage to join forces. A pod does the same with AI — five owners moving together instead of one hesitating alone.
02 Who a pod is for

Five women in the same sector. Different businesses, same repeated work.

A pod works when five women run separate businesses that repeat the same tasks — because then one skill file written by one of you is immediately worth something to the other four. Sector density is the whole point.

You don't share customers or credentials. You share the skills, evals and output — the parts that compound.
Archetype 01

Women lawyers · solo practice & small firms

Repeated work — client intake, engagement letters, clause libraries, matter summaries, chasing documents.

Pod goal
Intake to signed engagement letter in under one day, every time.
Line nobody crosses
Privilege. Client matter data stays on her own board — only clause patterns and the checking method are shared.
Archetype 02

Women business owners · retail, services, trades

Repeated work — quoting, supplier chasing, invoice follow-up, stock questions, marketing copy, review replies.

Pod goal
Quote turnaround under four hours, and no invoice chased by hand again.
Line nobody crosses
Margins and customer lists stay on her board. The pod shares the quoting method, never the numbers.
Archetype 03

Women in real estate · agents & small brokerages

Repeated work — listing copy, comparables research, viewing follow-up, renewal outreach, document collection.

Pod goal
Zero missed follow-ups, and listing copy out the same day the photos land.
Line nobody crosses
Vendor and buyer details are board-local. The pod shares the copy skill and the follow-up cadence.
Archetype 04

Your sector — accountants, clinics, consultants, agencies

The test is simple: can you name five tasks you and four peers all do every single week?

If yes
You have a pod. Those five tasks are your first five skill files, written in week 2.
If not yet
Start with four, or apply solo and we match you into a sector pod.
03 What you build

Four layers, five seats, one loop.

Most people rent all four layers and wonder why nothing compounds. The pod exists so the three that do compound stay in your hands — and stay cheap, because five of you split the cost.

01

Your intent — the goal, in your words

"Cut quote turnaround to 4 hours." Written as a goal, not a prompt.

02

03

Knowledge library — your facts and decisions

Customer truth, past decisions and why. Board-local, never pasted into a public chat.

04

The model — rented, swappable, replaceable

The pod runs across multiple LLMs. No vendor lock — swap it and lose nothing.

The five seats — one woman per Lion

Each of you owns a Lion, an agent, one board and one model door. Nobody buys all five subscriptions; together you have all five.

Seat 1 · Black Lion

Orchestrator

Sets the goal. Calls go / no-go.

Seat 2 · Green Lion

Data Owner

Feeds the lab its truth.

Seat 3 · Blue Lion

Analyst

Turns the work into a number.

Seat 4 · Yellow Lion

Action Builder

Ships the automation.

Seat 5 · Red Lion

Defender

Audits before anything leaves the pod.

04 The build path

Three weeks from zero to a pod that runs without you watching.

Week by week, together. Nothing here needs a data scientist — it needs five owners who show up.

WEEK 1

Stand up the AI Lab

  • Local + cloud + mobile — each woman gets the lab running on her own machine and her phone.
  • Claim your seat — one Lion each, written down, no overlaps.
  • Data inventory — Green Lion maps what the five of you already hold.
  • Draw the privacy line — shared KB vs. private business data, decided before anything is ingested.
DONE WHEN · five labs running, five seats claimed, one shared KB with real documents in it.
WEEK 2

Build boards & first actions

  • Vision ActionBoard — the pod's shared goal, visible to all five.
  • Five personal boards — one per seat, each with its own action panels and blast radius.
  • Top 5 skill files — the five tasks you each do weekly, written down as skills.
  • Approval policy — Red Lion writes the three things that always need a human.
DONE WHEN · one goal-specific action runs end-to-end and produces a result you'd have accepted from a person.
WEEK 3

Automate, measure, open the pod

  • Run the loop unattended — batch mode overnight, reviewed each morning.
  • Pro profiles — an agent-readable SME Profile each, reachable by other pods' agents.
  • The numbers — Blue Lion reports cost per action and accuracy. Target: 90%+ clean runs.
  • Open an SME pod — turn what works into a board other women in your sector can join.
DONE WHEN · the pod produces work while all five of you sleep, and you trust it enough to check it once.
05 The economics

$100 a month each buys a $500 lab. Then the lab pays it back.

The AI lab costs what it costs — around $500 a month for five model lanes and the shared stack around them. The only question is how many businesses that $500 serves. Alone, it serves one. In a pod, five.

The tier orders the onboarding menu and gates nothing. It exists so a woman running a catering business is shown Marketing, Sales and Finance in week one rather than 270 alphabetised agents.

Every pod produces two public records: one per woman, one per pod — built out of work you were already doing.
06 What the pod ships

A pod that only serves itself is a study group. This one ships.

From week 4 the pod produces for the women outside it — three artefacts on a fixed cadence, each a by-product of work already done, and each one lets the next SME start further up the ladder than you did.

07 Sign up

Bring four women and five repeated tasks. We'll bring the rest.

Cohorts run in pods of five. Apply as a formed group of five, as a pair looking for three more, or on your own to be matched into a sector pod. No technical prerequisite — the only thing you need before the first call is a list of the tasks you do every week.

What happens after you send it
  1. Within 3 working days — we read the use case and reply with whether your five tasks have enough overlap to form a pod.
  2. Matching — if you applied solo or as a pair, we place you with women in the same sector.
  3. Seat assignment — each woman picks a Lion. Five seats, no overlaps, written down on day one.
  4. Three-week build path — labs up in week 1, boards and first skill files in week 2, unattended runs in week 3.
  5. Week 4 onward — profiles open, and the pod starts publishing to the wider community.
Bring to the first call: your five repeated weekly tasks, written down. That list is the entire prerequisite — no tooling, no setup, no technical background.
