These terms cover your use of the Cloudscockpit.io website and the cohort application process. They are deliberately short and say only what is true of the system as it is actually built.
This website is operated by CloudsCockpit Inc., a Delaware C Corporation, registered at 20816 Top Ridge Drive, Boyds, MD 20841, USA (“we”, “us”). By using this site or submitting an application, you accept these terms.
If you do not accept them, do not submit an application.
The pages here — the thesis, the method, the operator profiles, the journal and the cohort pages — describe how we work and what a cohort involves. They are informational. Figures, timelines, pricing illustrations and cohort dates described on those pages are indicative and may change.
We rate limit the application endpoint. If you hit the limit you will be told so plainly and can try again shortly.
The text, design and code of this site are ours. The content you write into the application form — including the free-text notes — remains yours. You grant us permission to read, store and act on it solely to process your application, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Submitting the application form on the Women SME AI Labs page does the following, and nothing more:
SME-YYYY-MMDD-XXXXXX. Keep it — quote it in any correspondence about your seat.Applying does not reserve a seat, create a contract, or guarantee you a place in any cohort. Pods are formed in fives and places are limited. We may decline any application, and we are not obliged to give reasons.
If you are offered a place, the terms of participation — fees, schedule, deliverables and cancellation — will be set out separately at that point and are not covered by this document. [REVIEW: confirm whether separate cohort participation terms exist, and link them here once drafted]
Your application reference is issued by our server and displayed to you only after a successful submission. If you did not see a reference, your application did not go through — retry, or reach us on the Connect page. We never issue references in advance.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including the email address — it is the only channel we use to reach you. If your details change, tell us and we will correct the record.
On a successful application we send you one confirmation email containing your application reference and links to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. After that we email you only about your application and the cohort you applied to.
We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an application. We publish a weekly newsletter, and it goes only to people who have subscribed to it — applying to a cohort does not subscribe you. If you do subscribe, every issue carries an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing takes effect immediately and has no effect on your application.
The site and the application endpoint are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. If a submission fails, the interface tells you it failed — it will never report success for a submission that did not reach the server.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Descriptions of methods and outcomes reflect our own practice and are not a promise of results in your business.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Material changes affecting live applicants will be emailed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Disputes arising out of these terms or your use of this site are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware, USA.

The factual sections of this document — who we are, what applying does and does not do, and how to reach us — are final. The clauses still flagged for review above remain with counsel and are not yet settled.
